Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the UK only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
 
Shipping Costs
Flat rate: £2.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
FREE shipping on all orders over £25
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
 
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.
 
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from our UK base.
We use Royal Mail to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
 
Missed / Delayed Deliveries
We’re not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn socks.
We stand by our gear, but once it’s been on your feet, it’s yours.

If something is wrong we'll fix it
If your order arrives: Damaged, Defective, Or we sent the wrong item, Email us at [insert email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it fast.

Refunds (If approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
It may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank

Returns (If Required)
We’ll let you know if you need to send anything back. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we made the mistake.
